Imagine going to work knowing that what you do each day positively affects the lives of the people in your community. Working at the Y, you’ll discover more than a job – you’ll find the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around you. Our staff members – of all ages and from diverse backgrounds and life experiences – enjoy the personal satisfaction that comes from nurturing the potential of youth and teens, improving the nation’s health and well-being and providing support to our neighbors.
The Downtown Branch is hiring Red Cross certified life guards (professional rescuers) or confident swimmers willing to be trained. Please apply in person the Downtown Branch, 411 E Third St, Flint or contact Elizabeth Hudson at 810-232-9622 or email@example.com.
The YMCA of Greater Flint relies on volunteers to assist staff in numerous different capacities. Whether it is serving on a committee, the Board of Directors, or helping teach a class, YMCA volunteers help make a difference in their community.
If you are interested in joining the large numbers of community members that volunteer their time at the YMCA, please contact Janet Tweddle at (810) 232-9622 or by email.
