MEET OUR TRAINERS
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health/Fitness Instruction from Grand Valley State University. Her training philosophy is, “Fitness is about seeing what your body can do, rather than what it can look like. Success in it is not measured in pounds lost, but instead in miles run, pounds lifted, and an improved outlook.” Sarah’s passion for fitness comes from her athletic back ground where she feels that sports and fitness has provided some of her best memories and proudest moments. She has seen family members struggle with preventative disease due to unhealthy lifestyles, and want to inspire and empower others to be happy & healthy.
Ariel holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. Ariel’s training philosophy is, “As a Personal Trainer it is my purpose to educate, inspire, encourage and motivate my clients to reach their greatest level of fitness. In training sessions, I focus on cardiovascular, strength, endurance and flexibility exercises to improve fitness levels. I strongly believe individuals will reach their greatest level of fitness with faith, confidence, dedication and hard work”.
Jimi has been personal training for over 25 years and hold certifications through the National Federation of Personal Trainers and the American Red Cross. Jim’s training philosophy is, “Just enjoy your time in the gym and take your time and one day you will reach your goals”.
Heather has been personal training for approximately 15 years and is a Pro-Level athlete in the UFE Figure and Physique Division and a Masters Regional Cross Fit Athlete. Heather’s training philosophy is, “There is a need for fitness and nutrition in the competitive and everyday world. It is my passion to help people reach their goals and be healthy and provide strategy”.
Paul has been personal training for over 14 years and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also Crossfit L-1 Certified. Paul’s training philosophy is, “Keeping the mind and body functioning at a high level is imperative. People of all ages must place priority on staying active”.
