Small Group Personal Training Class

Small Group Training class is designed to be the full- body training session to help you reach your goals. Get the benefit of individualized attention while having the motivation within a group setting. Classes are 60 minutes in length and lead by a Certified Personal Trainer. Classes are limited to 6 participants. Each session will be 5 weeks in length 2x a week. No discounts will be given for missed sessions. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 pm.
