Youth Powerlifting
This 8-week Youth Powerlifting program is designed to introduce teens ages 14–18 to strength training in a safe, supportive, and confidence-building environment. Participants will learn proper technique for foundational lifts, develop strength and mobility, and build healthy training habits under the guidance of a certified instructor. The program focuses on safety, form, and progression while helping teens gain confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation for lifelong fitness. No prior lifting experience required.
