The RESET Challenge is a FREE 6-week transformation challenge that prioritizes building stronger spirit, mind, and bodies. You commit to six weeks, 30 minutes a day, five days a week! We’ll provide you with virtual content through Live and On-Demand fitness classes, as well as inspirational emails to keep you engaged, motivated, and strong.
Participants are encouraged to get active for 30 minutes a day, 150 minutes per week. Activities are centered around six weekly themes:

Improve your success
Having a prominent place in the home to post your goals to see every day and track your progress will be key in the first days. Having an accountability buddy (an AccountabiliBuddy) or partner in the challenge will provide the motivation you need within your existing network.
