The Basketball Skills Academy bridges the gap between learning the basics and playing competitively. Participants will develop advanced ball-handling, shooting, defense, decision-making, and game IQ through skill stations, competitive drills, and live game situations.

The YMCA Basketball Skills Academy is a 6-week developmental program designed for youth who have mastered basic basketball fundamentals and are ready for more advanced training. Participants will improve ball handling, shooting, defense, passing, and game strategy while building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Each session includes skill instruction, competitive drills, and live game play in a fun and encouraging environment.
