Let’s bring in the New Year with Couch to 4 Mile Run Club! This free, member-only running club is designed to safely build endurance using run/walk intervals, follow a format similar to the Crim Training Program. Classes are led by a longtime Crim Training Group Leader and are suitable for all fitness levels.

This free, member-only running club is designed to safely build endurance using run/walk intervals, follow a format similar to the Crim Training Program. Classes are led by a longtime Crim Training Group Leader and are suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes are held on the treadmill, at the Pierson Road Branch, and on the Indoor Track at the Downtown Branch. Advance reservation is required, as space is limited.
