Annual Woody Skaff Memorial Golf Outing
It’s a great day FORE the kids! The Annual Woody Skaff Memorial Golf Outing was June 10, 2024 at Spring Meadows Golf Course in Linden MI. All proceeds from the 2024 Golf Scramble will benefit the YMCA of Greater Flint Partner with Youth Campaign and the Woody Skaff Scholarship Fund. The Skaff family have been longtime supporters of the YMCA of Greater Flint and to honor Woody Skaff the YMCA has renamed this event in 2014 to the Woody Skaff Memorial Golf Scramble. All the funds raised are invested in youth and families right here in our community. The Y is able to support positive, value-based programs through donations and events such as the golf scramble.

Spring Meadows Country Club offers a championship style 18 hole golf course, putting green and driving range. Spring Meadows is one of five Clubs in the state of Michigan to host Michigan’s biggest amateur golf tournament. In 2009, they hosted the Michigan Men’s Amateur and in 2016 they hosted the Women’s Michigan Amateur.
