Shutdown Schedule

The YMCA of Greater Flint annually schedules a week-long, full facility closure of each branch during the month of August to complete facility repairs, preventative maintenance and deep cleaning. Weeks are staggered to ensure members can utilize an open branch during their home branch’s shutdown. In light of the last year and the extended closure of our branches due to Covid, we are ensuring that many areas remain open during each branch’s scheduled shutdown.
