Access to certified personal trainers
Our Personal Trainers are caring, competent and experienced. Whether your personal goal is to lose fat, build core strength and increase flexibility, gain muscle strength or break through plateaus, our Personal Trainers can help you achieve your goals. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Nationwide memberships
- Nationwide memberships are valid for YMCA full facility/full privilege members only. Silver and Fit members may use other Silver and Fit locations only.
- Visitors to other Y’s must present a valid YMCA membership card and photo ID upon their first visit and complete a visiting member waiver or standard membership application form with a liability waiver.
- YMCA full facility/full privilege members must use their home branch at least 50% of the time. Program discounts do not apply. Participating YMCA reserve the right to restrict facility or program access. Other restrictions apply.

Guest Pass Policy
A Guest Pass becomes void once you leave the building. The YMCA reserves the right to restrict the sale of Guest Passes during certain days and times. Anyone 14 and older must have valid photo identification in order to purchase a Guest Pass and have a legal guardian sign a one time liability waiver for facility use. Anyone 13 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. A Guest Pass gives you access to the facility for one visit only.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
An in-person form submission is required fifteen (15) days prior to next billing date to terminate or place a membership on hold. Cancellation forms can be obtained from either branch at the front desk. Fifteen (15) days’ notice is also required to change a membership. This includes upgrades or downgrades of a membership type and billing changes.
